Do Your Products Contain THC or Synthetics?
We do not use THC or synthetics in any of our products. Our goal is to create great, natural CBD products, and we refuse to compromise on quality. Our CBD is constantly tested to ensure quality and all our products are made using a proprietary cold press extraction method.

Is CBD Psychoactive?

What is the Difference between Hemp and Marijuana?
While hemp and marijuana are both species of cannabis, they are very different in terms of uses. Hemp, also known as industrial hemp, refers to a cannabis sativa which is known for its low levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Hemp has longed been used for a variety of different products, such as food, fiber, building materials, plastics, paper, jewelry, cordage, bedding materials, water and soil purification, and many others. Because of this, hemp is considered by the Food and Drug Administration to be a food product, and therefore legal in the United States. While international and national laws may vary, hemp products are legal in most countries. Consult your local legal and medical authority for any consumption issues.

Will CBD Help Me?
While CBD has been shown in various studies to have a multitude of health benefits, the Food and Drug Administration does not currently recognize cannabinoid products as health products. Why Am I Not Feeling the Desired Effect?

We ship everywhere in America and we ship internationally as well. We are constantly monitoring the laws concerning shipments across borders in the context of hemp products.

My order did not process, but funds were taken from of my account. What do I do?
What you may be viewing on your account is only an authorization hold. This charge is scheduled to be released within 24-72 business hours. The reason this has happened is due to the credit card being processed with the incorrect billing address. We will only process a credit card transaction when the billing address listed is the correct address linked to the credit card that is being used. This is a precaution we take to prevent fraudulent transactions in order to protect our customers. If the billing address is correct and you are still being declined, please return to the checkout page and re-enter your billing information and try again or contact your financial institution for assistance.

What If I Cannot Enter My Discount Code?

What is Your Return/Refund Policy?
Returns are only accepted on unopened products within 15 days of purchasing. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All returned items must be unopened and in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the original packaging and any included accessories. A receipt, or proof of purchase, is required for all returns.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing and handling (including other expedited services). In most instances, all orders are usually shipped same day. Orders processed through the weekend will be processed on the following Monday of the next week. Shipments are not processed on weekends or national holidays.
